Once scheduling is complete, publishing the timetable takes just one click. As soon as it is saved to the database, Wise Timetable immediately makes it available on your university’s web pages and in the mobile apps provided by the system.
Multiple databases can be maintained simultaneously (in addition to unlimited local storage). This allows you to separate production use from internal lecturer verification, or to prepare future schedules while still running the current academic year—ideal during transition periods.
The web interface is kept fully up to date, not only showing the current timetable but also delivering notifications of any changes. These can appear directly alongside the updated courses online or as push notifications in the mobile apps (available for both Android and iOS).
The web display can be fully customized to reflect your university’s identity, with your logo at the top and flexible control over which filters are visible. Class details appear with a simple click on any occupied slot, and change notifications are clearly displayed in the top-right corner of the screen.
Students can easily access their individual schedules by either selecting all the groups they belong to or entering their student ID number. Timetables can be viewed week by week, across all semesters, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
Alongside schedule overviews, the integrated reports section offers multiple options for printing or saving timetables. Students and lecturers can also export iCalendar files to seamlessly include their schedules in personal calendars such as Outlook, Gmail, or mobile apps.
